Resident Council plays a very important role in your facility. Residents have the right to organize and participate in resident group, however the actual process of the meeting can get derailed by a multitude of issues. Learn a step-by-step approach to conducting effective resident council meetings with techniques for how to stay on track to enhance positive outcomes for your residents.
