Essential Guide to Responding to Immediate Jeopardy Webinar Series: Writing the IJ Removal Plan

Course Description: This presentation is designed to guide the facility through the essential elements of an Immediate Jeopardy Removal Plan. Differences between a Plan of Correction (PoC) and Immediate Jeopardy Removal Plan will be discussed. Attendees will be able to recognize critical components and timeframes for an IJ Removal Plan that will improve Survey Agency approval as well as expedite the IJ removal survey revisit process. Vital information for developing an IJ Removal Plan to prove past Jeopardy will also be explored.
