Course Description: This session examines the Staffing domain of the 5-Star system. Attendees will learn the specifics of RN hours, total nursing hours, PBJ reporting, and factors that drive staffing star ratings. The session will cover data validation, common PBJ Pitfalls, and operational strategies to stabilize staffing performance and improve accuracy of required submissions.
