Course Description: The skilled nursing facility Value-Based Purchasing (SNF VBP) program continues to evolve, placing increasing emphasis on quality outcomes and staffing stability. This session provides an overview of the SNF VBP program, including current measures, scoring methodology, financial incentives, and the impact on Medicare reimbursement. Participants will learn how CMS evaluates performance, and strategies to improve their VBP results.
