Course Description: This session delivers a concise deep dive into the Falls and Falls with Major Injury Quality Measures. Participants will gain clarity on CMS injury definitions, MDS coding requirements, and documentation standards that directly impact QM performance and public reporting. The session connects accurate coding with clinical fall prevention efforts to help facilities reduce QM risk while improving resident safety.
