Course Description: This session focuses on key long-stay quality measures that heavily influence the 5-Star rating. Attendees will examine how performance is calculated, the coding elements that drive each measure, and practical steps facilities can take to reduce adverse outcomes. Emphasis will be placed on accurate assessment, care planning, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
