Course Description: As facilities are no longer able to postpone getting “survey ready” until just before the facility window opens, it is increasingly critical that survey readiness becomes a daily task. This session will focus on Survey Readiness: Key components for being survey ready every day; tools and resources for survey readiness; staff training priorities; and health inspection implementation strategies with case examples.

- The NAB CE Registry is the first of its kind and will be free of charge to long term care licensees. This system will enable you to track both CE approved by NAB’s National Continuing Education Review Service (NCERS) and non NCERS approved CE. Once your license is due, you simply release your registry to your state board/Agencies(s) electronically. Signing up for a registry is easy. - Nurses who are logged onto the webinar for the full amount of time will receive 1 hour through the Kentucky State Board of Nursing. You must complete the survey at the end of the webinar and type a digital signature to receive credit. Please note SCHCA has no control over the requirements and will not be able to retroactively assist you if you do not complete the requirements.
