SCHCA, in partnership with HCAM and several state affiliates, presents a Bronze Quality Award virtual workshop series to help you better understand the Bronze Award application criteria, scoring, and strategies for a successful 2026 application submission. This workshop series will help you better understand how to complete the application from beginning to end with coaching support along the way from our expert trainer, Cathy Bergland.

SPEAKER
Our speaker this year is Cathy Bergland. Cathy is the lead consultant for CB Leadership Group, an organization focused on Leadership Development, Intercultural Competence, and Performance Excellence. Cathy has more than 35 years of experience in older adult services, serving at Presbyterian Homes & Services in various facility- and corporate-based functions. She also has 15 years of experience with the Performance Excellence Criteria with both the state of Minnesota and AHCA/NCAL, where she is a Board member, Judge, Trainer, and Examiner.
