Course Description: This course provides strategies to address common chronic conditions such as diabetes, heart disease, COPD, and dementia, emphasizing best practices, resident-centered care, and interdisciplinary collaboration. Participants will learn how to identify and mitigate risk factors, optimize care plans, and leverage date-driven approaches to monitor and enhance outcomes, improve the quality of care, and enhance overall resident satisfaction contributing to better quality measure performance.

The NAB CE Registry is the first of its kind and will be free of charge to long term care licensees. This system will enable you to track both CE approved by NAB’s National Continuing Education Review Service (NCERS) and non NCERS approved CE. Once your license is due, you simply release your registry to your state board/Agencies(s) electronically. Signing up for a registry is easy.
