Course Description:  This session explores how clinical excellence in care planning and assessment directly drives improvements in Quality Measures (QMs). Attendees will learn best practices for conducting accurate assessments, developing individualized care plans, and aligning clinical processes with QM goals.

This system will enable you to track both CE approved by NAB’s National Continuing Education Review Service (NCERS) and non NCERS approved CE.
