Course Description: Receiving notice of a lawsuit can be a very intimidating and stress inducing experience. In the final session in the reducing litigation risk series, we’ll focus on strategies for preparing for the litigation process and preparing for depositions and trial testimony. Additional topics covered will include medical record preparation tips, document retention suggestions and what to expect in a mediation, deposition or trial.
