The South Carolina Health Care Association (SCHCA) invites you to submit a proposal with a focus on the long term care profession.  Topics of interest relevant to the profession include, but are not limited to:  federal regulations, clinical practice, documentation, culture change, human resources, leadership, best practices, customer service, assessment skills, family and staff satisfaction, workforce development and workforce retention.

Our educational programs range from 50 to 200 attendees.  Our attendees include administrators, owners, nurses, consultants, social workers, activity directors, environmental services, dietary, business office staff and CNAs.

The Education Committee, along with the Assistant Director, will review completed proposals.  The subject matter will be chosen according to the content, needs and trends in the long term care industry.
